Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. For rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a $25 fee will apply. 3. No-Show Policy • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged the full service fee. 4.
